Fuelquips core business of installation and maintenance services is based on a nationwide network of 17 service bases and workshops from which over 120 services vehicles operate. 

 

Our transport engineering facilities for tankwagons and aviation refuellers are based on three workshops in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland.

 

Fuelquip's three regional management centres at Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch offer equipment maintenance and installation co-ordination, pump rebuilding, project planning and management, and product marketing and distribution. 

 

Our Head Office in Wellington includes pump and electronics manufacturing, administration, data processing, principal warehouse, purchasing, marketing, engineering, and research and development. Wellington is also the location of our Service Management Module and Customer Support Centre providing 24 hour, seven day per week monitoring and management of our nationwide service network. 

 

The ability of the Fuelquip team to provide the services and products our customers demand is totally dependent on the skills and enthusiasm of our staff. The rewards we all share from the success of our company can be largely attributed to our ongoing investment in staff devel­opment and training and the positive attitude we all share to "go the extra mile" for our customers. 

 

Our commitment to the quality of our training draws heavily on the accumulated experience of our staff in the petroleum industry. However, the real cultural revolution in Fuelquip began in 1989 when our Fuelquip Total Quality Management programme began. 

 

This programme includes induction, health and safety and refresher training all developed to meet the diverse needs of Fuelquip’s various installation, service & maintenance, and administrative teams.   
The result has seen profound and positive changes in our ability to provide enhanced levels of quality service and customer satisfaction.
